The Culture

Tonga is an independent kingdom in the South Pacific with a long and diverse cultural heritage. Many of the traditions and lifestyles of the people of Tonga remain relatively unchanged from earlier generations. As part of the luau experience, we can schedule a wide variety of group activities that complete the luau experience.

Before the meal, your host can provide a program of entertainment: blowing the conch shell, beating the drum to summon guests to the luau, tell stories about Tonga, and sing traditional island songs.

Join us for a fresh discovery: Crafts

At the end of the entertainment program, we provide three hula skirts and leis and invite three guests to don the hula with me and perform for the group.
